Dear George I am writing on behalf of the
management team to thank you for your response to
the critical incident that occurred at Hammond Grove
on the evening of Christmas Eve.
The water leak was a major incident that flooded
four units and required the occupants of one of
those units to be relocated. The swift
response from our contractors, management and other
staff involved meant that the damage to occupant's
property and the building was greatly minimised.
We value our relationship with our contractors
and greatly appreciate your reliability and
professionalism. In this instance your
involvement meant that the ordeal for those affected
was definitely minimised.
Once again, thank you for your response at such
short notice to assist us during this incident.
